Please make sure TEAMVIEWER is installed on your PC/Station and is connected to the internet and also you have downloaded AVScan and installed successfully. You could also download Vuescan as an alternative.
Also we could show you how to setup/configure the Elo Book station or how to speed up the scanning process.
Please note:  WE DON'T provide a copy of SCANNX  SCANNER Drivers, however we will install drivers to get your Scannx scanner working.
