1950s American Char 8" Lt Brwn Hair BetsyMcCall Doll/Chemise/Shoes/Socks( #353)

Includes Doll/chemise/shoes/ socks.....4 pieces
A very nice showing vintage 1950's Betsy McCall 8" doll. Nice head of medium brownette  hair, rubber skullcap with one  original barrette.
She has small crotch separation, last photo. Her head is nice and pose-able and firm with original stringing, so it is not floppy at all. Her arms have been restrung because the original bands were too stretched to pose. She is fairly loose so sometimes needs a stand to stand her. Nice sparkly blue eyes. Lids open and close with help. She has good knees. Very nice facial coloring.
She comes wearing a chemise made of organza with white  lace edging in good condition with good elastic. The pink flowers have faded off with just the leaves remaining.
Her shoes are the original black rubber Mary Janes with good closing knobs and straps.
The  socks are newer and are a white stretch knit.
I will send instructions on how to properly make her sit in case you want to ever sit her as she is a sitting Betsy!
