i purchased while in the states and never used.  now i figure someone else can use it.  i don't have the receipt but i purchased it and know it is activated.   if you select local pickup and just the code will be sent to you in a message here both a picture of it scratched and in text but if you want the card shipped to you then you will have to pay shipping fees
