Be sure to package your Mac securely with plenty of bubble wrap so it travels safely
I recommend adding insurance to your shipment

Do not include any cords or cables or dongles, just your Mac!

If you do NOT approve any of my suggested repair options, or if I am UNABLE to properly diagnose what's wrong with your Mac, I will ship your Mac back to you and refund the price of this service MINUS to cover return shipping/tracking/signature confirmation and my eBay fees that I will owe. That said, I'm sure we can work out a solution that works for both of us, and I have never been unable to diagnose a Mac thus far in my career.
