This is a classic 1958 Sugar and Spice gown. It’s in super nice condition. May be a little faded … I don’t really have a comparison. It’s a very pale pink. I held it up to the light and I don’t see any holes, rips, stains or discoloration‘s. The fabric is still very crisp. Nothing is unstitched that I can find. Snaps and attached slip are secure. I detect no orders.
The loops are so shiny, they may have been polished. If so, I am imagine the shawl would’ve had to have been removed in order to polish them.
