She has been kept factory sealed in her box and was NEVER DISPLAYED. Betsy has beautiful auburn hair and brown eyes. She is 14 inches tall and is made from vinyl/hard plastic.Betsy is wearing a cute white dress that has a large red tulip design. She has a white slip, white socks, white gloves and red shoes. Betsy also has a large "candy" lollipop that is attached to her right wrist. Her Tonner dress tag is dated 1999.Also included is the Betsy McCall Collector Doll brochure from 1999. As an adult collector, these dolls have been stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room. They were never displayed. **CONDITION :Betsy and her box are in MINT condition.
