To completely read the entire description and look carefully at the pictures. I will also ask that if you have any concerns or questions as that possible buyer you ask me. I am here to help out always and my feedback reflects that. I will also share that if you as that possible buyer are looking for perfect this won`t be for you. Now on to the fun part I am offering a Betsy McCall doll today as I found her a bit ago. The doll looks to be one of the rarer earlier 1957 models according to my research she has a cloth type wig pate. With two metal hair pins one at each side with a sweet painted face. There is some wig glue residue it looks like it will come off I am not sure and her wig is untouched. I haven`t messed with the doll except to restring her. When I found her by the time I got the doll home her original rubber band snapped from the age. I used doll cording to restring her the body is in great shape no missing fingers, bite marks, crotch splits and so on. She has on two articles of clothing and from my research I know her undies are original. I am not sure about the long sleeve dress but it`s nice on her. I am also not sure of the Majorette items either plastic dolls aren`t my specialty. The box has seen better days but has some remnants of Vintage Christmas wrapping paper and there is to be expected age and wear for the offering. The box looks to also have been taped at one time it`s tacky in some spots. There is also a cardboard circle possibly from inside the hat again not sure. I don`t feel the doll was ever played with or if she was it was not too often she`s measuring 8 inches tall. Again I will stress that the doll will be sold as is with no returns.
