PAYMENT:
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Payments must be made within three days of the close of the auction. Items are unpaid – or if arrangements have not been made for payment – will have an unpaid item case opened after three days.
SHIPPING:
Orders ship within one business day, once payment has been received and cleared. We ship Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped to your confirmed address. Weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions may delay shipping. All purchases are carefully packed for safe arrival to your location.
Some items have shipping restrictions. Purchasers from Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside of the continental United States should message us for a shipping quote.
RETURNS:
Most items are returnable within 30 days of the auction. Please message us prior to returning or starting a claim. We may be able to solve the problem. Items that are returned due to buyer’s remorse, wrong item purchased, not compatible, etc. will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Item must be returned complete, and in the same condition as shipped to the buyer. All original packaging, box, etc. must be returned with every item. Items sold as “free shipping” will incur a shipping fee which will be subtracted from the purchase price.
