The PUDP jetpack plan was advertised to have a 720p video throttle (about 1.4Mbps) however this line seems to throttle significantly higher, I typically see 9.3Mbps on fast.com which is easily enough top support multiple 1080p video streams without the use of a VPN.
Once you add in a VPN to the mix and it will do 4K and beyond without breaking a sweat depending on tower connection.
