This service allows us to remotely help you to check, troubleshooting and fixing one or more of the following issues.
Spyware / Virus.
Common Workstation Applications.
Mobile device issues.
Mobile Devices updates and upgrades.
Workstation Disk Cleanup & Error Resolution.
Printer Issues.
Backups and Restore.
Network Connectivity (wired and/or wireless).
Network Infrastructure.
Domain Controllers.
Remote Access and VPN.
The shown price is for every support hour (for every 60 minutes) and can be renewed by purchasing new support hour.
Remote support service is only through phone call or through the internet.
On Site visit or repair can be scheduled up on request if the case required on site physical visit if can’t be repaired remotely.
Only we have the right to take a decision to convert remote repair to physical on site repair.
We process orders with in 2 to 3 working days or may be less (exclude any federal or public holidays) starting from the day of receiving cleared payment for your order.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
All orders received out of working hours will be processed on the next working days.
We are not processing order on weekends.
