This item is for remote service which will be performed during normal business hours (9am-5pm EST) by an experienced support tech in our Baltimore area call center.
This service requires that you have a broadband internet connection (no dial-up) and a supported operating system (Windows 7, 8, 10).
Once you have made your purchase we will contact you to schedule a support time.  It just takes a few minutes to establish a connection and service is usually completed in under an hour.
