ROBERT F KENNEDY Signed Typed Letter 1966 US Senate Letterhead Auto Pen?

Description

This is a letter written on a United States Senate letterhead with Robert F Kennedy, New York printed on the top left corner.  The typewritten letter was in regard to the  proposed Bridge Canyon and Marble Canyon Dams on the lower Colorado River.  It is a fairly lengthy letter and is signed by Kennedy in medium blue colored ink that matches the type color.
I have tried to compare the signature to others online and I find none that match it exactly therefore I believe that it is hand signed by Kennedy and that it is NOT an auto pen signature.  But I have not had it authenticated so therefore I cannot guarantee it as such.  I have listed it here as Auto Pen signed because it has not been authenticated.
Please examine the pictures and decide what you will.  The price that I have assigned the piece is low if indeed the letter is hand signed.
The condition of the letter is good with two creases where the letter was originally folded.  There is a wrinkle and a small tear along the top edge of the letter.
