A: You'll need a SIMPLE Mobile compatible phone (which comes with a built-in SIM card) or Keep Your Own Phone SIM Kit to activate your service. If you already have an active SIMPLE Mobile phone, all you need to do is add this plan to your account by following the instructions on the card.
Q: How do I activate service with SIMPLE Mobile?
A: You can activate service on the SIMPLE Mobile website or by calling customer service. You'll need the IMEI/MEID/Serial # from a SIMPLE Mobile phone or SIMPLE Mobile SIM Card and a service plan PIN ready. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in your package.
