1. Can I add the card to a new phone?
A: We can add the card to a new phone, you will have to provide the IMEI of the phone, the SIM card number and the zip code where the phone will be used the most. The phone number will be assigned randomly by the system based in the zip code.
2. Why there is a delivery date in my order if the card won’t be mailed and was already added to the phone?
A: I have to select a shipping method in eBay for each product listed in the platform even if the item is not physical and won’t be shipped. I can not remove the shipping method.
3. Can I get the code of the card to add it by myself?
A: We won’t provide codes, the only way I work is adding the card by my side directly to the phone number.
4. Can I purchase more than 1 card to the same phone number.
A: I can add only 1 card to the same phone number because the card is not added to the reserve, the card is added to the main balance and it replace the current plan.
5. I didn’t read the information and I thought the card is added to the reserve and I lost the the remaining days of service, can you go back and recover my days?
A: We can not go back and recover the previous plan.
