    gorgeous 2008 Tonner Effanbee EVERYTHING NICE Tiny Betsy McCall doll. Limited edition of 1000 dolls (I don't have any papers), approx. 8" tall and never played with.  Excellent to like new condition.   The heart shaped doll stand is included.
    Made of  hard plastic with swing-out arms and jointed bendable knees.  Her blonde hair/wig is styled in adorable curls and pink hair ribbons.  She has blue sleep eyes that open/close perfectly. She is wearing a crisp pink 2 layer organza dress with rows of ribbon trim.   White panties, white socks and pink Mary Jane shoes complete the ensemble.
