4. I WILL SEND YOU AN EBAY MESSAGE INFORMING YOU THAT THE CARD WAS ADDED. You can check the balance updated online or sending a text message with the Tracfone phone to the number 611611 with the word USAGE

1. My phone has double or triple minutes for life: will I get double or triple with the card?
A: You won’t get double or triple minutes even if your phone has doble or triple minutes benefit however this card is still a better deal than other cards that provide double or triple minutes.
2. Can I add the card to a new phone?
A: We can add the card to a new phone, you will have to provide the IMEI of the phone, the SIM card number and the zip code where the phone will be used the most. The phone number will be assigned randomly by the system based in the zip code.
3. How can I check that the card was added?
A: You can check the balance updated online or sending a text message with the Tracfone phone to the number 611611 with the word USAGE
4. Why there is a delivery date in my order if the card won’t be mailed and was already added to the phone?
A: I have to select a shipping method in eBay for each product listed in the platform even if the item is not physical and won’t be shipped. I can not remove the shipping method.
5. Can I get the code of the card to add it by myself?
A: We won’t provide codes, the only way I work is adding the card by my side directly to the phone number.
