3. PLEASE WAIT PATIENTLY, the card will be added within 36 hours, we will try to add it within 24 hours but sometime can take a little more.

A: You can check the balance updated online or sending a text message with the Tracfone phone to the number 611611 with the word USAGE
3. Why there is a delivery date in my order if the card won’t be mailed and was already added to the phone?
A: I have to select a shipping method in eBay for each product listed in the platform even if the item is not physical and won’t be shipped. I can not remove the shipping method.
4. Can I get the code of the card to add it by myself?
