A: A physical Tracfone plan card will be shipped directly to you.
Q: Do I need a PIN to go with this plan?
A: The PIN to activate your new plan is on the back of the plan card. You do not need a separate PIN.

A: You’ll need a Tracfone compatible phone (which comes with a built-in SIM card) or Keep Your Own Phone SIM Kit to activate your service. If you already have an active Tracfone phone, all you need to do is add this your plan to your account  by following the instructions on the card.
Q: How do I activate service with Tracfone?
A: You can activate service on the Tracfone website or by calling customer service. You’ll need the IMEI/MEID/Serial # from a Tracfone phone or Tracfone SIM Card and a service plan PIN ready. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in your package.
Q: Where can I buy a phone that is compatible with this wireless service plan?

The double or triple minutes feature is not transferable to another TRACFONE even if Your phone is damaged, lost or stolen. Any minutes included in a Double or Triple Minute phone, will not double or triple. Promotional, bonus and other non-purchased airtime minutes will not double or triple. You may not add a Double or Triple Minute card to a TRACFONE that already has a Double or Triple minute feature or card. Doing so will not result in any additional doubling or tripling of purchased airtime.
If you are not satisfied with your phone and/or accessory purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or give you your money back. It's that simple. TRACFONE Prepaid Wireless Airtime Cards, 1 year prepaid wireless service cards, or unused minutes are non-refundable.
