Buyer does not have a PayPal account

Buyers involved fraudulent transactions will be:
Reported to eBay
And/or reported on Internet Crime Complaint Center(ic3.gov)
And/or sued at
our local Small Claims Court.
Terms and conditions listed here will be presented to the court
Fraudulent buyer's information will be provided to law enforcement agency, our master agent, and carrier for investigation
