    This listing is for a darling vintage Betsy McCall dress with matching bloomers called "Recess" 8154.  The dress has 2 working snaps at the back and the bloomer have an elastic waist that still has spring!  I believe both pieces are in nice, clean condition with nothing constructive I could see to note.  I did notice that the pink in the dress and bloomers appear slightly brighter than actual and more of a coral color in the pictures on my monitor.  The pink is a lovely pink without any orange references.
